Every stand at NLE Connect comes ready to use, but participants often want to personalize their setup or make operations more straightforward. The Request of Services Form gives you complete control, you select what you need, and our team handles the rest before you even arrive.
It’s more than an order sheet. It’s your direct line to our on-site logistics crew, helping you fine-tune your presentation and comfort level. By completing it early, you save time, avoid last-minute stress, and ensure that everything fits perfectly within your stand space and brand identity.

Each category covers a specific area of event support:

Furniture & Equipment
You can upgrade or expand your stand layout with additional chairs, tables, or branded counters. Options include display shelves, lockable cabinets, and carpet color changes to match your branding.
Benefit: a stand that feels custom-built for your company, arranged exactly the way you need it for meetings and product display.

Printing & Branding
Update your visuals with new front panels, wall graphics, or roll-up banners. You can order replacements, add hanging signs, or refresh your logo directly through the form.
Benefit: present a fresh, professional image with minimal effort. All printing follows event-size guidelines and is pre-installed, so your stand is ready when you walk in.

Badges & Staff
Add more team members, client guests, or temporary staff. Each additional badge grants the correct level of access and includes catering services.
Benefit: flexibility to expand your team presence as needed without worrying about access restrictions or catering coordination.

Electrical & Technical
Power outlets, cables, spotlights, and display screens are all available through this section. You can also rent laptops or audio packs with microphones and speakers for presentations.
Benefit: your stand runs smoothly with certified electrical equipment, saving you from bringing or shipping extra gear. We install and test everything before your arrival, guaranteeing safety and compliance.

Hospitality & Hotel Services
Extra room nights, late check-outs, or upgraded room categories can be arranged easily. You can also pre-order dinner vouchers or airport transfers.

Additional Services

How It Works

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Complete the online Request of Services Form and select any items or upgrades that fit your needs.
You can customize everything from furniture and printing to hotel services and logistics.
Tip: Submit your form early to lock in preferred options and guarantee availability.
Step 2: Receive Confirmation
Our operations team reviews your selections, verifies compatibility with your stand layout, and sends you a confirmation email with the final list and payment summary.
Any special notes, design files, or artwork can be uploaded directly through the same channel.
Step 3: Enjoy a Ready Setup
When you arrive, everything is ready — installed, tested, and verified for safety.
Your branding panels are printed, your extra furniture placed, and your electrical connections certified. All that’s left is to unlock your stand and start a business.
